Toady says a lot of stuff in the dev threads.  Sometimes, especially when considering suggestions, it can be worth knowing his thoughts on the game, or his intentions for the future, and while we have the dev logs, there's a whole lot of other useful quotes that rapidly get lost in the forum.

So I have decided to create a page on the Wiki to collect quotes that seem interesting or which could be useful to refer to when discussing suggestions.

It was actually this quote that gave me the idea.  From Here:

Insanely strong acids are required for the setting and will make it in at some point.

Very minor.  But it's a suggestion that comes up occasionally in the forum, and having quotes like that on-hand would be very nice.

Anyway, if anyone else who remembers good quotes could go back and find them and add them to that page, that'd be good.  (Also, if someone wants to try and format it better, go ahead.  Or rename it to something different or whatever.)
