Vector gives a prime example of hypocrisy. Extraordinarily helpful reason.

Cheetar is pseudoactive; he critizises people without actually contributing. Apart from the whole arguing against using the one-shot now. The later he uses it, the more dangerous it becomes, and using it at lylo is right out of the question. Not to mention it becomes rather worse if we actually manage to find scum today.
And hey, we got goodies from it, AND some rather good discussion material. I'd call this helpful. It's not the worst case by far. Therefore, there isn't a real reason to critizise Toony for his actions.

Yeah, I thought of that, but if I use it later it's a win/lose.

If I used it Day 1 it's much less riskier, the game will still go on if the odds are against me.
