I can play right now if anyone wants to...

EDIT: Nirur Torir and I had some epic duels, me winning all 3 :P
If anyone else wants to play I am probably going to be on Hamachi tomorrow and ready to play.

Epic? Naw. The contestants have to be similarly matched for it to count as epic. The first was an absolute slaughter, and the rest weren't much better.

Still fun though.

Everybody knows that all the best Magic players are Japanese.

Hmm...I've never been a big fan of CCGs - I mean, I did and still do collect Pokemon cards, but I never got heavily into the battling and trading thing.

By definition that makes you a fan since you still buy them.

Is it still possible for me to join in the tournament thing?

Probably, but it helps to ask for a color or two.

Also: When are most people available for games? I'm usually available whenever I'm logged in, but I keep messaging people and not getting responses. It's fine if you just don't want to play against my deck, but the silence is distracting.

Now that was an epic game. Just as I thought I would win with a flying creature when Nirur Torir only had 1 life and I still had 20, he killed me in one turn by paying 9 mana to use a mix of cards that just scares you.

Moral of the story: Don't let him get 9 mana. He can do some bad things with 9 mana.

EDIT: After another epic Duel, just as he was starting to get ahead, I got my dragon out and it was over. Score against Nirur Torir: 4 wins, 1 lose
I think there should be a win/lose score on the OP or the second post just for the record.

EDITEDIT: Another game, was a close one but my flying monsters are just to good. I would watch out for Nirur Torir he has a really good deck, I just got lucky alot.

Yes, please specify a one or two color deck you would like to start with.

I think Nirur's played almost everyone now, and everyone else just played Nirur ;)

His deck can be awesome if he gets the right cards... IF being the code word.

Sweet, get me a blue-red deck please. (I hope this deck works out good :P)

Also: Let's discuss Mind's Desire, I love this card. I love storm in general, I really like Brain Freeze too. Let's just talk about cards in general.

(You should add useful links, such as the Gatherer on the first post.)

Hmm... when cashing in for a set of 5 mono rares, can I request artifacts, and from a given set?

You know what, I'm extending the ability to select a block or expansion with Mega packs and mono rare boosters, however I'm leaving the inability to do so on normal rare packs because I want them to keep a sense of extreme randomness.

Also, adding a clarification detailing that you can in fact select colorless as your color when choosing boosters.

Oh, last thing: Mega Packs contain 60 cards, but are 10 points more expensive than 4 boosters (60 cards).

Is there a reason for this?

Yes, a normal booster can only have 1 rare, 2 if your lucky, megas and decks don't have such a limit and the process for getting cards turns up rares alot.

Lots of people are asking me this, I'll detail that in the main post too.
