I'm really surprised at the lack of ideas here. Just two practical ones?

A flowering cactus would be a cool gift. Even as a guy I'd be like "Wow, awesome! That's cool!"

If she's just "my friend that happens to be a girl" and not "my friend that's a girl that I'm 100% positive is into me" then just leave it alone because  that never turns out well otherwise

like I'm talking 100% sure like she drops major hints whenever you're hanging out and shit
