I don't know, not buying it because you're waiting for it to get better isn't exactly logically sound when the two devs are specifically releasing early in order to generate income to continue the developement of said game.

As for the bugs, didn't someone two pages back say an early beta build was released instead of the most recent build?

What is so hard about colonizing systems?

Once my home system was colonized and set I queued up dozens of colonizers then as they completed I right clicked other stars and clicked 'auto colonize this system' and it sent ships out.

Edit: By the way I finally finished one of the planetoid ships larger than my star. It sucked up 25% of the minable ore in my entire home solar system.

Pics. Here it is next to one of the larger stars. Its hard to tell the scale from the pic but the 2 tiny ships behind it are large cargo haulers.

Here it is next to my homeworld, where it was built. About 20% of this planet's total ore was used (along with material from other planets) to make it.

And here it is blasting the unholy hell out of my enemies with shells as large as small moons.

Edit: Well... wow. That thing may have taken 3 hours to build but it wiped the goddamn floor with the enemy armada. It was taking out 12-14 ships per shot with its flak cannon array.

Yes... it was shooting flak cannons capable of knocking out capital ships. Its main cannon battery reduced every planet to uninhabitable wastelands in a single barrage.

Yes. That is a picture of the three smaller railguns firing at the planet.

It looks about the same but does 3x the damage. I think at the moment they only have one weapon effect per weapon type.

It amused me that in the time I constructed that ship my society went from railguns and armor plating to particle weapons and shields.
