I have a feeling that most of the win conditions are not going to become terribly clear on the details until we actually
a) kill the person
b) the game ends (maybe)

Right now we have 8 people, 3 of which are scum (or at least have the power to ruin everyone else's lives).  Tomorrow, best case, we have 7 people with 3 scum (assuming all through scum target the same person, unlikely).  More likely, we'll have 6-7 people with 4 scum.  Not a terribly shiny place to be in overall.

Mr.Person having 3 votes means he's one from being able to self-hammer (if he's the Jester) or being hammered (if Toony, Pandarsenic, Error, or myself is not the 4th vote and would stand to gain from it). 

If he's the Jester, the Survivor, Jester, and Townie (maybe) win and everyone else loses.
If he's the Townie, the Survivor and Lyncher (maybe) win and everyone else loses.

Does anyone know if the Townie would win under these circumstances?

Town can only win by eliminating all scum factions (Cult, SK, Mafia) and having a town player alive at the end.

Hmm.  So no then.  Only the Jester + Survivor or Lyncher + Survivor would win in those cases.

Webadict, would it be possible to get a list (perhaps in the OP) of the win conditions for each faction?  By now, I think I know most of them, but it could still be helpful.
