Why aren't you adding more pressure, or answering to the fact that Solifuge answered your accusation?  If you have nothing else to say then clearly you have no reason to keep your vote on him.  If you have a reason to keep your vote on him, why aren't you pressuring to make sure you know that the person is scum?

Oh, and why did you vote for Jim at the start of Day 2?

I thought he was scum on day one, and nothing had changed that view.

Now, dakarian, something tells me you're more intelligant than this.  I'm pretty sure you know I'm in a different timezone to you by now, and I'm also pretty sure you check time tags before accusing someone of lurking.  So what are you doing with this vote?

I can see the reasoning, but it still smells of Reaching.  Besides, when have you seen it for a normal NIGHTKILL?  This isn't some odd system that warrants a "WTF was that?"

It wasn't so much a "WTF was that" moment as a "scum would know this, right?" moment.  I think it applies to simpler situations in the same way.  Let's take, for instance, "How many scum are there?" in games with clearly labelled numbers of scum, or "Can the scum talk in a quicktopic?" in a game where that's stated in an OP.  I would regard both of these as scummy.

For the Jim thing, thanks for the quote, or I'd not have caught that post. As much as I'd like to say I am crafty enough to meta-suggest innocence by "suspecting" the night-killed player, yesterday messed up the normal day-night pattern for me, and I was being a dolt.

It's not exactly a difficult trick to pull, and I don't really understand the day-night pattern comment.  I found the start of today more noticable due to the fact we could actually post properly now.

Also, you seem to be FoSing EVERYONE.  This is not AT ALL helpful, and doesn't exactly look good with regards to my deflection accusations.  You hit dak for "tunneling" on you, Mr.Person for "defending you".  The only explanation I can think of for your behaviour is a random flurry of "suspicions" to try and throw the town off when you are lynched.  You eventually vote dak, but you don't seem to bring any new information to the table about him.  You then FoS some lurkers for good measure.

Fun fact: Solifuge has, in the last three pages, expressed suspicion for EVERY player except for himself.  So no, webadict, not half the town.  The entire town and scumgroup, it seems.

Actually, I rarely do unless I really suspect that they have flat out flaked.  I DO tend to listen to when the person explains why they weren't around.  Also, I don't lynch for lurking.

The first is plagued with WIFOM.  The second is rather weak for a scumtell.

To answer the question, I still need reads on yourself, Pandarsenic, and RedWarrior, and I need to do a scan on webadict though I think I should be able to read him if I do.  Those are the unknowns so far.

Now, Why are you being so soft and vague?  Also why are you wasting time asking me questions about who I'm after and defending people?  Unless you're hunting me, you should be after someone you think is scum.

My vote remains with Dakarian. Why have you switched from finding me the most suspicious person ever, and gone to defending me against Leafsnail? If you have honest suspicions of me, dish them out, please... this whole "I'm done with you for now, but I'm leaving the possibility of nebulous suspicion out there, so that when I eventually have to lynch you (tomorrow, you seem to imply) it wont seem out of character" thing is scumtastic. I am a fan, I must say.

I've posted FoSs strictly in order to call inactive folks back to the game, and cause them to defend themselves, as illustrated by the context of the posts which you read. It's a mild incentive, but it was that or a vote, and I can only vote for one at a time, and one lurker is no more suspicious than another. Also, why the heck would I voice suspicions about myself? "Hey guys, I'm being waaay scummy right now, FYI, so don't listen to me! I'm a lurker, and probably a serial-killer!"

I guess Dakarian and Leafsnail are my only formed suspicions. Hypothesis, based on so much partial evidence, but there we go.

Randomly throwing suspicion on EVERYONE is just as bad as putting none on anyone.  It looks like an extremely desperate attempt to appear active and helpful, while actually helping noone.  I mean, what pressure is applied if you know everyone else is being suspected in the same way?

Uh, no, it's not.  If he's intentionally WIFOMing us, he's scum.  No two ways about it.  It COULD be a genuine mistake, but it seems unlikely, and it wouldn't be WIFOM in any case.

Surely it is what it is - a correction of your reasoning.  And, for some bizarre reason, you seem to be DEFENDING solifuge in this post.  Why?

Couldn't you ask for prods?  Or try to put serious pressure on one player, since just FoSing everyone doesn't really do anything?  And what use are your reads if you find EVERYONE suspicious?
