I shall solve my problems in the way recommended by linkara(very funny comic reviews). Yell "I am a man!" then punch him as hard as possible. Afterward, I'll use my disguise and keys to take a car from the garage and drive out of here.(assuming that I can do all that in one turn, otherwise just ignore the second part)

Bring everything back to my cell. Eat, then mix 4 parts ammonium nitrate to 1 part ammonium perchlorate. Package this mixture, then set aside. Then take about 50% of the aluminum and add small amounts of titanium and zirconium hydroxide. Package this mixture, and then set aside. Then mix equal amounts of the remaining aluminum with the iron oxide. Package this mixture, and set aside.
