[40D] Loop Path Fail

Holla !
So, I keep getting a frozen dwarffortress.exe; it happens allways at the same time.
I allready looked up this "nemesis unit loaded error" but it shouldn't be the problem considering I've got a normal amount of files in the save folder.

I'm using the Orc mod, deleted [AMBUSHPREDATOR] and [trAPAVOID] tags, the Angler mod and Mayday's tileset.

Wait, so is that the error message you're getting when it freezes?

I get pathing fails all the time.
It just means that that creature failed a pathing check, in this case because it caused an infinite loop.
It cuts the thread (so to speak) before the "knot", if you will, is finished, though.
That's not the cause of your game's crash.

My guess is that your problem is due to a badly-written item in one of the mods you've added, which is causing a crash when a creature carrying the item visits your site.
