uses for golden salve and other extracts

Golden salve,liquid fire and gnomeblight should be used for something other than trading. Power up potions,maybe? medicine? paint?

I like my potion idea. It could give an entity the ability to temporarily do something better,or make them mutate. Could give them slightly better strength for a while,give them the ability to learn things faster,or I dunno,do something else good. Something you would be willing to pay 100☼ for.
