1.1 works faster and fails less as far as I know. Also, You might be able to get the AV but unless that firewall is hidden (or you have a level 1.8+ water wall) you won't be able to get the firewall.

EDIT: Also... due to me finding the next IP in the riddle I am downloading new software. That just made the upload time double. Probably going to upgrade my internets.
