I've did things with several "B12"ers and have yet to hear back. Like one guy I unhid his antivirus and deleted his bank numbers from his log (assuming it wasn't spoofed, but if it wasn't he must've forgot).

At war?  No, war is "They have a goon tag / I have a B12 tag, wipe on sight".  If you delete someone, and they call in backup, that's just plain justified.  It spirals out of control all the time, and that's just part of the fun!  But that's not war.
