Who are the goons?

I wonder if "the wolfpack" is a goon. He runs around deleting files.

He probably has to change his IP constantly from people catching him deleting and distributing the IP.

Goons are the people from the Somethingawful forums.

Although somebody told me most of the SS13 players aren't goons, the people on that server are jerks.
