You don't really need to prove yourself in the forums, you more need to prove yourself on IRC and stuff. If you are a escaped lunatic or you created your account after say, July 20, you getting into the GS will be nigh impossible.

It wasn't just a DDoS, all ym files were deleted. Some kind soul gave me a 1.1 firewall, but I have at least 2 virii, and at least 1 hidden

Go to a computer, go to the hard drive (under files) and near the bottom is a little link that says Upload File. Click it and specify the file.
