Its far easier to cope with it than you might think. I have a gold chain that I never take off except for swimming, and I've gotten so used to it that I basically don't even notice it. In fact I feel weird whenever I take it off.

Yeah it's super weird when it gets up onto my shirt or something and I can't feel it around my neck. Small bit of panic, admittedly, but it's an incredibly personal thing so yeah.

Long time no see, friends! I see Yoink is still rocking the sickest locks. Also, holy shit, ECrownofFire, you're adorable. Very happy for you and your girlfriend, who is arguably(?) cuter.

It's been a while since I've posted pictures, so here goes.

I do Amtgard now; a sort-of-larp-sort-of-sport game with medieval combat and some magic. I'm wearing lacrosse gloves, because even a padded weapon to the knuckles hurts. (My hands are actually not the size of dinner plates.) My favorite weapon is the greatsword I'm carrying, but I also fight sword+shield and single shortsword quite a bit. I also have been learning to sew. (I made all the garb I'm wearing!)
