A notebook I made [bottom of post]

Whoa, that's pretty chill. I made the little wooden amulet-thingy in my photo, but that was pretty easy. I can crank those out one a day now that I have a rotary tool.

Somebody actually bought the first one I made.

I feel the thunder of the money-times fast approaching.

I got an old wood-burner "Uzor-1" and a few wood stumps from the New Year spruce, some carving skills and sharp knife.

Let's make serious fucking money...

Yeah, I will be astounding 0,1-man worth! That would only take 6-8 hours a week though, and it's a work in a lab, so... awesome.

Two out of eleven of my exams suck so far though...

Well shit. Looks like it's get-your-ass-in-gear time, which may not be my favorite time, but it's necessary in this case. Because the lab will hardly employ you if the uni kicks you out, right? How many exams do you have left? Am I correct in my assessment that you can't fail anymore because two re-takes is the max?

Nine are passed just fine.
Two aren't good. Of those two, I can brainstorm one 'til exam on mid-january. With the second one, I'm full steam ahead to re-listening the whole course. Gonna figure it out with our officials tomorrow. I don't know if I can make it through exam this year.

Huh. Where I live, a watch cap is a beanie/skullcap/whatever, and the army cap is... probably an army cap. Anyways, happy new year.

Y'know, the lighting makes it look strangely 'photo-edited' to the untrained eye. But that lacks the lower half and the ground, plus the skylight.

Meaning: That is an amazing photo.

These were my racing snails. (Yeah I know you're not supposed to paint them - I was dumb back then. Those were the last I painted.) I ended up having about 40 of these guys because they breed like hell. Pretty sure I repopulated the whole town with snails in this way. After this I collected grove snails for their interesting colours.

Unfortunately I had to release these guys when I had to leave home >: I found Papa one day in the garden years later, but I think the others would be goners without the blending-in paintwork. Maybe the birds avoided them, like colourful frogs? Oh well.

Racing snails. x3 Looks like a nice hobby, taking care of snails.
...Though they are a pest to agricultural crops at times <_< if no other source of food is available.

Well, the only danger is because if snails don't get enough calcium they tend to nibble at their shells. If there's paint on the shell and they ingest it it might be harmful. They seemed to be fine though.

Also - tell me about it. I originally found them hunting amid my cabbage plants. Greedy buggers.
