I think it's one of those things where people notice certain things about themselves that others don't when looking at photos xD For example, I immediately notice about myself in that picture that my skin is as pale as a corpses, one of my eyes looks off-centre so is giving the impression I have lazy eye, my not-quite-smile is making my cheeks look gaunt-as-an-oblivion-vampire (shouldn't of shaved the chin-strap beard, it framed my face and made it less thin-looking), and my nose looks crooked.

But it's me looking at a picture of me, so I notice these things about me xD

My dacha is about 70 km away from it, yes.

And good job Vector! The most important part about cooking is to have fun and use lots of mayonnaise, taste can go screw itself. I mean, that's how it usually goes around here.

Wait, how do you end up with tough tofu after marinating?  O_o   

Off the top of my head, here's what I (almost) always throw together for curry:

2 cans coconut milk
half a jar of the Thai Kitchen red curry paste
-or-
2x 3.5 oz S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix (if you like more Japanese-style curry) (I prefer Extra Hot, but it's hard to find)
4 to 5 cups water

-------------------------------

12 oz soy meat
1 large onion
1 bunch green onion
1 package seitan (12 oz?)
about 12 oz mushrooms (white usually)
3 lbs assorted vegatables - broccoli, cauliflower, sugar snap peas, water chestnuts, etc.

Get a big fuckin' wok out, put a tablespoon or three of vegetable oil in it. 
Cook onion/broccoli/cauliflower until they brown (or not, if you don't like your veggies well done)
Throw in everything else.
Cook until mushrooms start to wilt a bit/everything seems heated through.
Enjoy leftovers for days.
