Is it normal for people to look forward to getting grey hair?

Recently, (over the past two weeks or so anyway) I have been noticing a rather profound increase in the number of perfectly silver grey hairs snagged in my comb each morning.

The color is really quite stunning, and completely devoid of some of the yucky orange/yellow dingy tones some people have when they grey out. Imagine a flattened piece of monofilament fishing line, for the kind of perfectly clear silver shine it has.

I am really not that old, at only 31. However, I am actually kinda digging getting my gran's really awesome platinum silver hair, instead of mom's dingy brown.

Most people get all bent out of shape about that kind of thing, but I actually like the idea, and wish it would hurry up!

For my two cents, Face, I'd say you've got some handsomeness going on. But work on that personality, and sense of self-worth... you can't ignore those! Respecting yourself, cultivating a lifestyle you feel good about, and being warm toward other people will make them even more likely to seek out your company.

From what I remember of what I've learned of girls, most of them love it if you seem to not care about things. Like, not reacting to their advances. 'Course, I could be wrong, I'm certainly no expert.

But that might explain your sudden increase in attention; perhaps they've noticed you being all aloof an' shit.

Mostly the bit about me being handsome, 
My personality is... tricky, to say the least, though.
How does one work on a personality? I mean, I've tried to be subtly different in varying ways, but I can't seem to make it stick. Is it just a matter of... training myself?
I certainly don't want to change entirely, I mean, I love myself the way I am, but I will admit I can show a few negative traits that, oddly enough, annoy me when I see them in other people.
These include:
Cockyness, like, a lot of it.
Kinda being a dick to people for no reason.
And the thing I hate the most about myself: I tend to be a little bit of an attention whore.
How do I go about changing these things without rewriting the funny, witty, more-intelligent-than-everyone-I-know me?
Should I become religious or something?
