I was experimenting with breading and curry spices today, and invented a way to bread the curryness directly onto food items, then fry them for Max Tastiness. I tried it on chicken, and served it over brown rice, with a simple sweet/spicy peanut sauce, some shredded carrots, bits of pineapple, and diced chives fresh from the garden.

Er, I never said I thought anyone cared, I was just curious since I always try to guess in my head what gender people are, even though I don't care either.

That always bothers me when people try to give me positive reinforcement as if I'm in a bad mood when I'm actually in a super good mood, which I'm always in a super good mood. :3

I am such a bad cook myself that I once burned some eggs. And when I mean burn, I mean the eggs became !!eggs!!. In retrospect, that was way too much oil.

The last time I cooked, I made French Toast with 5 times too much vanilla extract.

Aww, if you guys are ever on a road trip in the Midwest, I would be happy to cook for/at you.

As for burning eggs... to be fair, I nearly caught my kitchen ceiling on fire once while making frozen hashbrowns. Ice + a pan full of hot oil. The splattering oil, and the pillar of roaring flames that resulted woke up everyone in the house, including some guests who'd spent the night, and I was trying to impress. While I was busy flipping out trying to figure out what to do, and the ceiling was turning black from smoke and fire, my roommate sort of rolled out of bed, grabbed a skilled, put it on top of the burning pillar of flames to snuff it, and then turned around and went back to bed without a word.

...since that day, I have been atoning by learning how to cook for-reals. I only hope that some day, I will have worked off my debt of breakfast shame.

The bay 12 eoticons, aren't really bad, there just isn't much of a selection. I remember one forum or another I used to frequent back in the day had a really good selection of emoticons.

I don't really mind the selection, but the two things that always bug me are the "'s" eyes and mouth, and the fact that the "" has teeth rather than just an open mouth--> :-D

The rest I rather like though.
