I don't know what the specifics of your local laws would be, but you should be able to get your clothes back if you want them. They typically only hold onto these things after trial if it was used illegally.

Which is why I highly doubt this person is getting their knife back. Partly this is because giving an attempted murderer the weapon they used back to them just generally seems like a bad idea, but also because they might need it if it comes to trial again in an attempted appeal or something.

The one next to you is making a similar expression to the one that you made after getting hit by that truck.  The one that is you is making the expression that I default to imagining you with.  I think the eyes and mouth are the best clothes, but maybe the clothes and posture help, too.
