I also cut my hair short not too long before this picture. Also yes, my eyes are pitch black color, I had an eye appointment and my pupils are dilated.

It's odd, but in every picture... Barb, you seem to have no top lip. Well, you have one, but it's the same colour as the rest of your face so it blends in.

Weird. It must be some reaction to picture taking, because my top lip is actually normally more visible than my bottom lip.

It's the phenomena known as the "picture smile". You're trying hard not to give a cheesy grin, so you purse your lips a little to just barely draw up the corners of your mouth.

I talked at great length with my wedding photographer's batshit crazy wife about this. Apparently, it's a very common thing.
