I HAVE NO IDEA. Its probably because in all forums about a certain game I've been into, there is aways one black guy who isn't completely unfunny among the people with the highest post count. Said black guy usualy starts thread about things similar to ms paint adventure and roll-to-dodge stuff. Said person's posts are also mostly in the random section of the forum. Since ToonyMan loosely fits that character, I guess I assumed he was black out of reflex memory.

Plus most of my assumptions on people's appearances have been close to the truth so far. I'm about to miss horribly but I imagine josephus as a young man in his early 20s with short black hair and no facial hair.
