I think I did something similar a few months ago.  I was using my post history to edit a post in the Engravers' Guild, but I accidently hit reply instead of edit.  I think I had to edit the reply to be blank, so that there wouldn't be a wierd out of context post.   Japa saw it and said "Now I'm Curious," but there was nothing to find out.

The feel of snow varies a lot, actually.  The best for snowball fights is fresh snow at just below freezing temperatures.  If it's fresh but too cold, it's like a powder that you can't pack together.  If it's been around for a while, it tends to pack itself or slightly melt and refreeze until it's solid/crumbly, porous ice.

I want snow.

Snow is amazing until you need to travel in it. Protip: digging a car out of a parking spot can take 10-20 minutes with four people, a shovel, and four-wheel drive. More if bad things happen.

Doesn't really matter how many people you have, if there is only a single shovel to go around.

Never underestimate the benefit of a good push. The shovel's mainly for clearing around the tires and getting the ground clearance good. Then you need some people to help get you up an inch or three from the parking space to the actual aisle, as the snow doesn't really get a chance to get packed down in the perpetual parking spot. If the snow is significantly worse, more shovels can help more, but usually one is enough.

I can actually get around faster in the snow than I can in good weather.  Traffic slows me down more than snow does, and most people don't want to drive in it.

It's not too different here in Indiana.  Hoosiers are just fucking stupid.  Don't know how else to look at it.  We get snow sporadically over the course of 3-4 months every year.  Every year almost everyone on the road will be driving like they've never seen the shit before, and complain endlessly about it like it's some unprecedented horrible event.
