I HAVE TO DO BICEP CURLS ONLY BECAUSE I HAVE DAMAGED SHOULDER JOINTS SO I CAN'T DO PRESSES OR LIFTS FOR EXAMPLE. THE RESULT OF DO YOU EVEN LIFTING AS A 14 YEAR OLD (I WAS AN EMOTIONALLY CRIPPLED MINIHULK, NOW I AM A RELATIVELY NORMAL-NOTHULK

AHH SHIT MY FRIEND HAS THAT PROBLEM. HIS SHOULDER KEPT FALLING OUT ON NIGHTS OUT, IT WAS REALLY BAD. I'M PRETTY SURE A LOT OF MY JOINTS ARE DEFORMED IN SOME WAY AS I SEEM TO USE MY BODY ASYMMETRICALLY FOR LIFTING ON CERTAIN EXERCISES. ONLY THING I CAN DO DECENTLY IS THE PECTORAL FLY, I CAN LIFT UP TO 140LB ON THAT (PROBABLY NOT THAT MUCH)
