That's about how I looked at her age (and I was perfectly healthy), so I wouldn't worry about it too much.  She needs to keep eating but as long as she's steadily gaining weight, she'll be okay.

Might be good to stop the martial arts for a couple of years to build up their bodies a little, then.  I did kendo for a couple years when I was growing up and had literally weeks of muscle aches from one practice, but that shrunk down to a couple of days when I was older and had managed to get a little body fat on me.

Ah, well, it's ultimately your family's decision.

meh, they will figure out when they crack their bones. im not flexible and fast than them but i got thicker bones and more bulk so i can take more hits but i never did any martial arts.
