And I totally agree... I love being in the cold, but only if I'm moving around. The minute I stay still is when I start to actually feel and loathe it.

I have pretty much no body fat and not all that much muscle, so cold is not my friend. It's nice when I'm running, though. Unlike in Summer, you don't overheat nearly as quickly and the cold air has a lot more oxygen. Kind of sucks when it's too cold, but there are scarves for that. I find that nothing warms me up better than sprinting a mile or so.
