Like, Bugs Bunny teeth under Weird Al hair. And the intense look.

Eyes, actually, for me. That wide-eyed, frozen stare, and it doesn't help that Yoink already has animu grill-tier eye size.

I think we've narrowed down the problem to... Yoink.

On second glance, I can see how someone could see a noose in the first pic.  The effect is helped by having no space between the top of the head and the top of the frame, giving the rope a place to hide.

However, the logistics of posting pic of hanging oneself are a bit complicated, so it was definitely not my first interpretation of that pic.
