Oi, oi, some people have naturally sedate happy/all's-well expressions. And few things are better to ruin someone's good mood than someone else asking why they're always going around frowning or looking serious.

Err...I couldn't smile in Elementary until post-highschool (which means Grade 3-6, then HS yr 1-3). So...I'm unsure if its really 'natural', unless there's something with the facial muscles, as far as I know.

Otherwise, its emotional/self-oriented. :/ From personal experience, anyway.

I bought it at an op shop today. I actually quite like it, it seems to suit me.

Yoink, that's the sports mascot of Wisconsin University, the Badgers. They're a very prominent American Football school, churning out a lot of professional players. You would pay $26,600 to go to school there for a year, according to their out-of-state tuition guide. The top three popular courses at Wisconsin are Biology, Economics, and Political Science/Government.

Their basketball program is good as well. Wisconsin is home to cheese, beer, snow, and unreasonable Republican governors.

I've no idea where Wisconsin is in relation to Arizona (I have a vague inkling it's on the opposite end of the country), but when I'm in the 'States in August I shall have to visit the place and strut around in my jumper. Yes, this is a brilliant plan. Maybe I'll even attend a basketball game or two- always far preferable to football.

To... be perfectly honest, my own experience is not dissimilar. But past a certain point it does feel strangely unnatural to smile with teeth, even if that's 'normal'.

I have to agree with FD here. I don't usually smile. Although, to be fair, I don't frown either. People usually just say I look confused all the time.

There's no way you'll get between those two states so easily.

Unless you have extra plane money or something. I think there's a little less space between the two than there is between the north shore and south shore of Australia? Maybe?

A few people in my high school tried to make a Gay-Straight Alliance group, but it got shut down by the Extremist Christain Society. (Not their actual name, obviously. They didn't call themselves a society.)

As for smiling, I don't like showing my teeth because they're crooked. (Even though I posted one picture of that >.> )

I actually frequented a gay-straight alliance back in high school. I lived in a very liberal area, though.

My highschool fired a teacher for being gay. I don't think a gay-straight alliance would have lasted there very long.
That said, it was a private (or at least kinda private - they still get government funding because the area isn't incredibly rich. NZ schools are weird.) conservative Christian school, so that kind of nonsense is to be expected.

Anyway, what's with the word "alliance"? This isn't bloody WWIII.
