What are you people doing? Producing a mere few hilariously crappy fanfics yourselves and you even have the audacity to not work on them much? Well, I've taken it further. I've gone all the way.

Because of some stupid two day waiting period, here is the story in brief before it EXPLODES onto the net in a manner befitting a NUCLEAR BOMB.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

You can't beat me. You will never beat me.

Fun fact: Apparently advistror is a real word if typed in allcaps.

An extract from "Battlefield Chronicles."

Chapter 1

The sun came up slowly, casting a golden glow on the waters of the Men’uiea Harbor. Private Jonathan Groener was leaning over the rail of the U.S.S Saint Helens. His gut told him something was horribly wrong. The harbor which should have been bustling with people selling fish, vegetables, rice, was all gone. Not a whisper was heard. It was then his sergeant walked up. Something, wrong Groener he said. He replied, I have been to fish markets back home. Children were laughing, playing; I could hear people talking selling everything you could imagine. But here, it is silent, almost as if everyone’s dead. They probably are Sarge said. Sarge was a tall man, with black skin. He was often called the most intimidating man alive, except for the frigging Admiral.

Thank you god for allowing this site to exist, and thank you whoever created this thread for pointing it out to me.

Dude, don't even discuss that here. You're far too new to know why but it wasn't pleasant, trust me.

Also it's against forum rules.

There comes a time when you must take off the soft, furry slippers of a boy and put on the shoes of a man.
Unless of course they don't fit properly and your feet blister up like bubble wrap.
Oh ho ho, but don't try to return the shoes, because they won't take them back once you've worn them.
Especially if that fat pig Tony is at the desk.

Am I right in thinking the reason is on page 1 of VN?

AMVs aren't much better. You wade through a lot of crap to find a few gems, though unlike fanfiction the gems seem to be there more often.

One of the few bits of fan fiction I liked, was written by my step dad, of all peeples about Red Dwarf.
