Yes, it was a minor tantrum spiral.

Four goblin squads, 2 of em almost all archers, and 3 of em lead by local leaders (one a human, and all 3 either a crossbowman or archer).

Not really a problem, but a stray arrow sent the Captain of the Guard to dirt nap.  For some reason, everyone freaking loved this guy.  Once someone toppled a building or punched an animal, the beatings commenced & the cycle pushed on.

It took the greater part of the year to finally get it under control and almost finish burying all the bodies.  The entrance looked like Moria's entrance - rotted bodies everywhere.

Just as I took a breath and began looking to the future, another siege took place with as many squads (70+ gobbos with a few humans/elves/dwarves mixed in).  The guard was scattered and undermanned, and the gobbos poured in (I didn't bother activating anyone else, just wanted to see the show).  It was pretty fantastic to be overrun.  They stormed down the stairs and systematically, room by room, executed the remaining citizens.

And if you are wondering, Ms. èrithuvar made use of the Hammerer's attention to create a wonderful blood mural on the nearby walls.
