This is Dwarf Fortress! If we can chuck magma at innocent wildlife, we can do ANYTHING!

It was at this point that I realised that dwarves are actually the essence of chaos. What else can make perpetual motion machines, recursive statues with more building materials than the average tower and has such a short attention span that a damn fine chair can off-set the death of their entire family.

Ok then... and I even have an idea in mind to keep the storyline going.

Heheh, sorry sorry. My schedule is irregular. Let me see what I can get together.

Mission lets out a sigh as the familiar, yet different landscape rolls into view for the second time of his life. He gazes at the same chasm, at the same pillar of smoke that he had seen before. It has been nearly one hundred years since he had seen this landscape. The old fortress had long been wiped away by the changing shape of the earth, nothing on the surface nor likely in the earth remains of what once was a hole in the ground.

"I thought the nobles had actually gained some senses when they pulled us out of here but they are sending us back yet again. At least I have the same friends I had last time." It had been over 50 years since he had seen even one of him last, but the same familiarity of working as a single military team seems to be seeping back into each person. The same friendship that was there back then.

*Ok everyone I have the names, genders and such all set up again. I'll let you change your profession since it has been 100 years in the story so you may have changed your mind on the direction in your life. I will require at least one part of it to be a military profession though, I don't mind which.*

Mace/grower/Brewer for me.

Maybe we'll actually be able to survive, if we decide to do so this time.

If anyones wondering, I'm waiting for the others to post what they want done with their characters. i'll give it another day, then if they still haven't told me what they want done I'll use their previous character as a loose template for their current one.

I'm torn here, on one side there is the first come first serve basis. On the other only two have even responded since the restart was decided and I asked for them to tell me something........ Yeah go ahead and take a character, just not River's, Urist's, or Nubs.

Was I the missing one? I'm still following, although feel free to bump me into migrant status if you want.
