Infinite blood created from a creature wound, drowning the creature.
Civilisations going to war over each other's preference for headwear.
Giant spoons and banana creatures.
Cave-in on a certain tile causing a rip in space time, sucking in the entire map.

Guess what I've been watching...

* Hammerer will, if no hammer is available, fail to use any object in the vicinity as his weapon instead (including animals and fellow Dwarves)

Hydra Fix bugged. Killing one head with arrow puts arrow in all heads. Single arrow through all heads causes recursive  memory leak and crash.

Cats now kill dwarves and drag decaying, miasma-spewing bodies through halls.

Underground areas mistakenly open in mountainsides, raining cyclops and animalmen on embark.

Dwarves slit own throats while trimming facial hair.
Doctors applying casts to faces/throats/lungs. Invariably fatal.

Dwarves now shaving fish. Carp are not amused.

Possessed dwarf forcibly taking facial hair from babies; have discovered that facial hair attachment to head is stronger than head attachment to neck.

Urgent fix required: Magma no longer answer to everything.

Doctors wasting soap on uncurable wounds.
Doctors killing dwarves due to uncurable wounds (like soaping the dwarf's innards).
Doctors applying bandages to wrong body parts, leaving the dwarf bleeding while being happy because he has been cured recently.

Gang wars starting in burrows. Engravers from one burrows running to others and engraving burrows symbols on smoothed walls and floors. (I was trying to put in a 'west side story' reference here, but it got too convoluted)

Building dangling staircase into chasm wraps to top z-level. Assigning dumping to chasm results in crater-like formations on solid ground, deconstructs constructions in path of falling object, and if allowed to fall into the chasm again, loops endlessly.

Captured Human, Arthur Toweldents, pitted into chasm. Appears to be moving as if tagged for flight.

Urist McEscher, noble, is demanding self-powering waterpump in dining room.

Fair enough.  One can only hope that we may yet see a Dwarf used as a truncheon to beat on another Dwarf.

After a small attempt at fixing dangerous terrain freakouts regarding underwater and flying creatures, dwarves now treat water as passable terrain, and promptly drown halfway through the brook/river/underground lake.
