Just a few more. I like making these up. :D Trying to think of one for each note on the "list of remaining items."
  • Updated undead severs result in tough undead being cut in half, with both halves continuing to wander the map.
  • Dwarves incorrectly amputated, resulting in an additional limb being added to the dwarf. This may result in champions with 45 arms holding a frightening number of weapons.
  • Updated misasma causes bone crafts emiting constant miasma. Results in +bone bolts+ being used as tracer rounds.
  • Material spatter values set way too high. Single kitten dropped 10z levels results in a 50 tile radius being coverd in kitten gore.
  • Possibility of unending attacks leads to a wave of kobold thieves on the map. Widespread spacebar destruction due to constant unpausing.
  • Clothing and tools sutured inside wounds.
  • Multiple compound fractures on a single dwarf reset on the opposite fracture. Dwarf test subject renamed Urist McGreg, with a leg for an arm and an arm for a leg.
  • Soldiers undergoing first aid from other soldiers in the field never moved to hospital if the dwarf treating them is killed while administering first aid.
  • Wrong materials used in bandages results in dwarves being wrapped in +Pitchblende bandages+.
  • Updated mannerisms and personality tie ins leads to the first Emo McDwarf.

Noble mandates bandages and crutches.  This requires dwarves to have injuries and broken wounds in order for mandate to be made.

Well-run, highly safe fortresses will result in medical dwarves upset about lack of work.

I'm anxiously waiting my first failed mood to to a lack of whale baleeen (in a desert biome, of course). Or raw pancreas. Or the lack of a custom workshop dedicated to making gem encrusted waterskins.

P.S. If you don't get this note, let me know and I'll write you another.
It's amazing how dwarves can make a stack of bones completely waterproof and magmaproof.
It's amazing how they can make an entire floodgate out of the bones of 2 cats.

With the surgeon.

Bolts stuck in wounds prevent wound healing (current bug)

Surgeons won't remove bolts stuck in wounds, leading to endless operations and obtaining legendary in a matter of minutes.

Marksdwarves become attached to favorite stack of bolts; tantrum every time they fire a shot.

Dwarves build stairways to heaven (as noted in thoughts) incorrectly. Stairways (partly or fully submerged) actually lead into magma pipe.

Surgeons prone to suturing themselves to patients, especially if game is saved during surgery (in much the same way as wrestlers can end up stuck together and die of starvation/dehydration).

Animal trapper occupation also performing surgery and brewing. (If you get this one, congratulations!)

Nobles mandating sutures do not count sutures in their own bodies. Failure to meet mandates results in doctors being hauled away from any medical task and beaten or imprisoned.

Butcher/Doctor dwarves haul patients to butchery workshop instead of hospital. Complain of 'being forced to work with barbaric tools'.

Woodcrafters will steal crutches from children to satisfy 'wood' requirements of strange moods.

Urist McQueen has mandated the construction of a stairway to heaven.

I've listened a lot of Led Zeppelin lately.

Surgery accident involving the ACCIDENTAL removal of all the dwarf's joints.

Oh, yeah, and the dwarf lives. And can walk and move.

But when he uses soap he bleeds. NAAAAHAAAARGH!

Urist McLady We All Know demands a bustle in her hedgerow.

But seriously, though:
Unconnected chunks of underground stuff collapse on embark and obliterate HFS.

Small bug in map code when using manually increased z levels makes bottom n levels appear at top z level forcing Magma and Clowns to rain down on embark.

Cat butchering now produces two live cats that immediately adopt the butcher.

(when animal care is implemented) Vet's get infected wounds when treating cats(not a bug)

None of these are bad things.
