No need to apologize. That's why I recruited the seconds, afterall.

So Shades will be taking the reins of the 6th race, coolies...

All we need is his and Inteuniso to post and we can move onto the next turn...

So... can you make custom weapons? I made lances, and I think they would have a bonus when charging, and a weak close combat weapon. It could get a bonus with cavalry training maybe?

Lances need to be researched before built, and have horse riding (or equivalent) as a requirement. They are virtually useless for infantry, but it is indeed useful for heavy cavalry to have them.

Weapons based on other weapons that you already have (spears, pikes, lances) are easier to research.

You need to make it known in the lists which have seconds and which don't.

Also, do you ever plan on more than 6 civilizations? If somebody quits or dies out, or you do let a seventh or more in, dibs on waiting spot.

1) It's listed in the until now forgotten Current Status section. It will one day be current again.
2) If a civilization dies out or has no more players, then a replacement civilization will be made by somebody. There will probably be no waiting list for it, as I prefer first-come-first-served.

I spent a good part of the weekend complaining at computers, hoping it would make them easier to fix. It did not. Expect a turn up later today (US time. Might be tomorrow morning for others).

How do I watch the game thread without posting in it?

Does clicking notify work? I used to keep tabs open on games I wanted to keep track of, but now I just look for new posts.

You could also post a turn for somebody.

Notify is different, I think - it e-mails me or something.
Also how would I go about posting a turn for someone? It seems like a hassle...
Bah, I'll just check it the normal way.
