Seeing the magical corruption of the dragon graveyard, Dragnar hatches a plan to allow the heroes to slay the massively enhanced dragons. First, he crafts a magical artifact that can absorb all magic from anything the wielder desires. He places this artifact in the center of the dragon graveyard to store the magical power in the area, then tells his followers that he has created a weapon to use in combat against the dragons, one that will remove their magical near-invulnerability, and allow them to turn that same magic back on them.
But it was only supposed to absorb all magic in the area until found, after that, it was to become directed. Sure, the wizard will be useless for a while after grabbing it, but he should recover, and be able to use all the magic the artifact has absorbed.

Wobble, pleased with his minions, and their odd little homes and items, decides now would be a good time to let them be able to find their ways back to their home, no matter where they are in the universe, or dimensions, as long as they still breathe they shall be able to find ways home. 

Wobble gives the kobolds the power of an inter dimensional and universe compass, which will always allow them to get home, and only them.

Then, he decides what fun is being able to get unlost without first becoming lost, and so in the heart of his wobbly temple, he creates a one-way portal, which anything that moves through it will end up in a mostly random location, throughout the universe, as long as said place is livable, and there's a way to "eventually" get back to the temple from said location.

If you hit a dwarf with moving water with sufficient strength it will knock the baby out of the mother's arms.  The water can then be used to sweep the baby into a well or cistern for drowning.  The device which does this can also double as a mist generator.

Wobble can you remember to bold you acts from now on?
The magic influx around the point of dreams will only last as long as theirs magic to be drained from the area...
Also Armok can activate Wrath now so expect it soon...

Urist creates the magic generator artifact and places it near the HFS (Read act for more info...)
Bloodsword gives 1000 weapons, including one he hand-crafts, to the K'rral as a reward.
Bloodsword gives the wombatens the power to move their tunnel entrances but doing so kills their leader each time it is used.
Karn the Mad creates an infinite source of Karnicite and places it at the end of his floating dungeon
Dragnar grants the greatest wizard in the land the power to wield the artifact, knowledge and patience.

The magic generator sit in a charred feild near the 'Field of Perversion', the feild becomes abundant with life in a manner of hours.
HFS finds the magic generater, and leave it where it is reasoning that they dont want all this green in their settlement, name it "The Noon Sun", and the relative area 'The Edged of Dawn".
Karn's dungon sinks heavily (about 50 feet) with the addition of the Karnicite.
Wombaten find the enterance to Karn's dungon and the first group to enter are promply eaten by a horid dungon dweller.
Elves apoint Cadust 'Shubturtle' to be their first High druid.
A Kobold enters the portal in the Wobble temple and finds himself in the hills to the south of 'Lostcause'.
Merpeople apoint their first King of tides, Nobilis 'Hypophthalmichthys'

Zhokul dies due to stagnation(you cant have 3 acts for long), and Hungry grants Dakoth his power.
That and the rule of seven.

Dakoth, finally discovering his new power decides to unite his peoples upon a single world.

He then looks upon the world of storms, his place of primary influence before he was a deity. The world lacked any sophistication, or use of it's currently dormant magics.He crafts a race as evil as his own, but more suited for surface life. These tall,slender creatures appear as elves but with much worse intentions.

Dakoth creates a world as hot as the HFS
Dakoth creates portals deep at the bottom of every HFS to the world
Dakoth creates Dark Elves

so dark elves on the world of storms now? Sounds interesting.

Seeing as how his Kobolds, are jumping into the portal with glee... and occasionaly returning, he may as well let them do something while out there.

Wobble Gives the Kobolds the ways of item stealing, and sends a few for armor and weapons.
