Real Life Artifacts

Has anyone else here turned their hands to artisan crafts and made something that you may find in dwarf fortress?
I do some battle re-enactments and I took up leather working to make some equipment for it (reckon I'm at Proficient level now).
Here's some pictures of the better quality stuff I've made.

Braided leather belt with leather bag, pouch, watch-holder and half-wolf tail.

Wooden Shield with iron boss and leather rim

Leather Helmet with half-wolf fur

I was really pleased with the helmet, i sent text messages to most of the people in my group at the time. I wrote it in the style of the Mood announcements from DF.

Dwarf Fortress Artifacts are needlessly ornate and that is the point.

Your belt MAYBE counts but the shield and cap are rather basic.

Though you said "Artifacts" in the title and "Crafts" in the body... so perhaps I am being unfair.
