Questions:
For Dodge, what constitutes the "first" attack?
For Mimic, is his choice chosen before we attack and defend?

Since a round starts after I've got all the moves, I'd say mimic is chosen at the same time as attacks and defenses.

For dodge, although I don't like doing it this way, I think it has to be the first attack I receive targeting the owner.

All draws have been resolved.

Archangel wins BERSEKER! for 35.
Myroc wins Stretch Violently for 11.
Bob-Oomb (Sean Mirrsen) and Armok win nothing.

Final powers:

Armok: 40 Energy
Fast Forward
Super speed
Teleport

Myroc: 59 Energy
Mimic

Archangel: 65 Energy
BERSERKER!

webadict: 83 Energy
Atomic Restructure
Mind Control

Bob-Oomb: 60 Energy
Rollout
Self-Destruct Mechanism

SHAD0Wdump: 80 Energy
Choice of Fate

Once again, webadict starts with the highest energy. I'm accepting moves (and optionally character names) for Phase 1 of Round 1 now.

Round 1 Phase 1

Bob-Oomb uses Rollout and defends for 19. He is hit by Atomic Restructure.
He attacks himself for 1. He is attacked by Armok for 20. He is attacked by Myroc for 20. He is attacked by SHAD0Wdump for 40. He is attacked by Gunrunner for 65 (x3).
Unless he tells me otherwise, I'm going to apply his defense to the obvious choice, Gunrunner.
Damage: (65-19) x 3 + 20 + 20 + 40 + 1 = 219
Energy: DEAD
Atomic Restructure damages everyone for 159
Self-Destruct mechanism deals 30 damage to everyone but webadict who only takes 15.

SHAD0Wdump attacks Bob-Oomb for 40 and defends for 40.
Damage: 30 + 159 = 189
Energy: DEAD
Choice of fate doesn't trigger as the damage wasn't caused by an attack.

Armok defends for 20, attacks Bob-Oomb for 20 and teleports webadict.
Damage: 30 + 159 = 189
Energy: DEAD
Teleport is bypassed as it wasn't an attack.

Myroc mimics Choice of Fate, attacks Bob-Oomb for 20 and defends for 39.
Damage: 30 + 159 = 189
Energy: DEAD

Gunrunner (Archangel) BERSERKES! and attacks Bob-Oomb for 65.
Damage: 30 + 159 = 189
Energy: DEAD

webadict uses Atomic Restructure on Bob-Oomb and burns 10 to mind control Gunrunner. He defends for 73
Damage: 15 + 159 + 10 = 184
Energy: DEAD

The reason nobody defended from the damage was because it isn't an attack, it's direct damage. I'm now accepting phase 2 moves. If everyone is dead after that point it's a draw.

BOBOOOMB!!! :D

Atomic restructure proved...  a little overpowered. And unbalanced. Not that I don't like exploding all over the place.

I actually win by myself, because I make Archangel attack for 52 damage, which is enough to kill everyone but me. :)

Nope. I won that game from the start.

I was actually hoping for something else, but when I saw those two Superpowers, I instantly saw win.

So, he should change that whole thing so I win, instead of that weird stuff he has.

And I might be wrong about it being 52, but I'm pretty sure it is.

So why is mind control a phase 2 power? To me it would make more sense to have it be a phase 1. Or does it just effect how much defense and attack they use rather than effecting targets as well?

It lets you rearrange the defense and attack values for the player. I don't think it changes who it attacks.

I've made a few calculations, and though math is not my strong point, I suspect making Archangel attack for 52 won't suffice.

The reason it's a phase 2 power is because if someone uses powers, you would have no idea how much energy they had left to allocate without knowing exactly how much they spent.

If Archangel attacks for 52, then atomic restructure would damage everyone for (52-19 )*3 + 20 + 20 + 40 + 1 - 60 = 120
webadict would take 145 damage, still more than enough.

It it was 31 energy, then it would do
(31-19 )*3 + 20 + 20 + 40 + 1 - 60 = 57
Everyone would take 87 damage except for webadict who takes 82

The round I posted *is* what happens in phase 1. Phase 2 just lets you retroactively change things, which is why I said if everyone is still dead *after* phase 2, it would be a draw. That's kind of the point of phase 2, it lets you act with full knowledge of what everyone did in phase 1.

Um, I attacked Web, so did him mindcontroling me mean he got to pick my target as well as reassign my energy?

Atomic Restructure he hit me with made everyone attack me this round. Like I said, it's a teensy bit overpowered.

And webadict takes 25 damage, so he'd need to get the total overflow below 75 to survive.

Actually, make me defend against myself. :P
If I attacked for the 20 remaining instead of defending, there would be very little webadict could do, since the minimum overflow would be 43 if Archangel attacked for 1. So he'd have to attack for 3, tops.
