If you hit a dwarf with moving water with sufficient strength it will knock the baby out of the mother's arms.  The water can then be used to sweep the baby into a well or cistern for drowning.  The device which does this can also double as a mist generator.

Just a warning about the potentially low FPS as the population is up to 140ish and the fortress spans across the lands with many objects to calculate.

If I read your question correctly, you could use WinRAR. Just download it.

you read it as " the file is in .rar and i want to change that." I'm assuming.

EDIT: Where can I get a copy of WinRAR program? I ran a search on my comp and couldn't find one.

woah....18...yikes. this will be FUN

Edit for prologue:

Malachite 24th, 307

So let me start me notes of me rulin of this labyrinth with me story. My name is Dakoth Sealleads, and I must say I am proud of my brother’s in the mason’s guild. Finally! A Mason in charge. Anyways, so’s I’m sittin in the dining hall eatin’ some plump helmit when our old ruler Ajar comes up ta me with a panic’d look on his face like he’s seen an elephant…

Titan works too…cowardly bastard

Anyways, so’s he says,”Mosus-”,

I says ”folks call me Dakoth”.

He says, “ rightlook, wanna move up in status around here?”

I says “aye”

He says “good. Congratulations! Heres the keys now goodday.”

So’s I comes to find out he’s left me with a Titan outside chasin a poor ol’ Mule…Acceptable loss I says.

But anyways back to the matter o’ hand, this maze in the ground! Who designed these halls?! There be no uniformity and even if there be a well ferone I never seen it, and two it’s at least a mile from the bloody hospital. At least that what I assume it is what with 7 injured men innit. Gah! Booze and rest will be needed before me head will stop hurtin long enough to decide what to do ‘ere.

So after a pint…er six of booze I’ve decided how I shall spend my reign fer the next damned year:

-Kill/capture/brutally maim and fer dead the Titan1
   -find or construct well
   -label all levers
   -Incapacitate ‘at damned Titan
   -survive
   -expand
-construct “The Royal Glass Throne Room”2
   -destroy Titan
-Find a use for ‘ese peasants
-Did I mention that sonofabitch Titan?

1: find way out completeing 3 er 2, 1 is last resort
2: Well wat da ya ‘think it dos McSmartass?

--
A few out of character questions:

1.why is the three room apartment on the lowest level on a magma pit?
2.why the hell is their a named cat here?
3.bottom floor a room is flooding, why?
4.where are the stone stocks?
5.where’s the damned well?
