You go to talk to this new groups's leader. Once your nationalities are clear, their leader struggles with your language but still manages to ask where you were coming from.
You tell him about the breeding pools, and he seems to think you should return there.
They are carrying a variant of the Lancer, except for the Engineer with them, who has a grenade launcher.
