Two Warriors fall, but the Hydra shrugs off most shots. Only Devie's Meltacannon has a visible effect on it. (Alien Hydra -1 Wound Lost!)
The Warriors return fire, and while it's mostly ineffective, four men do fall.
The Hydra Crouches, turning it's guns down towards you.


(The 'big thing in the middle' doesn't actually do anything, it's just emergency 'food' for newborn Aliens.

Abilities have a cooldown time of two turns, so you can't use them every single turn. You can get improved versions of them as well,
when you level up again

Well, what did you expect? Six Warriors and this Hydra, that's a lot of firepower.

(I did tell you to go here first, before you went and lost so many troopers >_>)

I don't think taking on 4 warriors plus a hydra with 4 huge cannons on it's back is a good idea.

Hard to say. If we have no real chance then we might retreat but until then order MeatShields Redshirts Soldiers to fire on warriors and not the hydra as their weapons against it won't deal damage?

Alright.  I like the attack and then retreat idea.  When we get away and around a corner, we should quickly plant our Triggered Explosive, and detonate it when the enemy gets to it.

To cover our retreat, we should also use the skill that lets our weapon fire at Assault 4.
