You Mark the large warrior-beast.
The two tall aliens advance. The second runs straight through a Trooper and sends Devie's Loader flying. He lands unharmed, though.
The first alien is not so lucky. It attacks the first Trooper in sight, but he's not ready to give up his life just yet. He blocks the first tentacle with his Lancer, crouches to avoid the second, and, showing incredible courage and strenght, charges the beast and pushes his Knife through it's eye. The attack is so powerful the Knife comes out through the back of the beast's skull. It collapses into a pool of blood, and the Trooper lets out a terrifying battlecry.
(You people better name this guy. He was not supposed to survive.)
The Warrior is hit hard, but still advances (2 Wounds Lost).

Abilities have a cooldown time of two turns, so you can't use them every single turn. You can get improved versions of them as well,
when you level up again.
