I don't know about you guys, if I click on something from my last.fm and continue clicking on "related", eventually I'll get something entirely different but still something I like.

Then again I've been scrobbling songs on it since 2006, so it knows my tastes. :P

Something I noticed about the music video: The way they eat doesn't match the song, or the lyrics. They're singing about a party, and just nibbling at their food. I thought that was very strange.

Well the entire video is rather strange.  As far as live performances go though, I'm tempted to say tyr was more awesome.

Well, they do appear to be armored. I didn't think anything else about that video was odd though. I mean, being outside for a song like that was not wholly appropriate, but I doubt that they had the budget to carve out a mountainhome for it.

It is the opposite for  me. In my opinion Tyr has better music videos and albums. But Korpiklaani is better live. I was in front row while both Tyr and Korpiklaani played but Korpiklaani was the best. And the  base player of Tyr is just awkward... he kept trying to get in front of a guy with a camera and posing lol. But the guy kept maneuvering and taking pictures of the other members.

Ha! He did the same thing at my concert.  Both were fantastic, but I think the armor brought it over the top for me when it came to tyr.

So, I torrented Korpiklaani's discography the other day, and have been listening to it most of today.
They have quite a few tracks about dwarf fortress. 'Happy little boozer', for one, thanks to smiley-face dwarves.

The *large serrated steel disk* strikes the Raven in the head, tearing apart the muscle, shattering the skull, and tearing apart the brain!
A tendon in the skull has been torn!
The Raven has been knocked unconcious!

Elves do it in trees. Humans do it in wooden structures. Dwarves? Dwarves do it underground. With magma.
