Demonophobia and Xenophobia.

In demonophobia you play as a small girl cast into hell because she tried to summon a demon/devil for revenge. She can die brutally in there but is always revived. Very not safe for work and your mind.

Xenophobia is an incomplete second part.

Btw be very carefull about playing this or watching the demonophobia youtube videos. The game is very brutal and disturbing.

Pretty much this, the fact the girl from xenophobia is even moar underage then the one on demonophobia doesn't help either. Its also very RAEG inducing. Nobody ever translated the story, but its pretty sick aswell.

Also, whoever posted Viva Caligula, thank you.  I would never have discovered the joy that is Ursiform without you.


Anyway, I recall that some indie contest was held recently, with a rape-or-other-terrible-stuff theme.  I believe the first place went to a game where you beat a woman and rape her, that counts as sick stuff right?  I think another entry was "I HAVE CANDY GET IN THE VAN", which I played.  I only terrified the kids a little, but halfway through the thing it mentioned I had them tied up or something, so I dunno.

I'm pretty sure the only reason they were scared was my terrible driving, a couple times I sped up too much, or kinda bumped into stuff.

Real Life
Possibly the worst one out there- I can't think of anything you can do in annother game that you can't do in this one, or at least, isn't a planned feature. Really shocking thing is it's a MMO with a strongly-enforced permadeath policy. The admins don't really mess with anybody except rulebreakers (there's only been a few players who've even claimed to use hax), but the userbase has some strong communites that prevent a lot of players from doing the really sick stuff. Unfortunately, there are some flamewars going on between some groups, too.
