:(only a magma pool *sigh* I will make DUE!! To the improvisation chamber "NO not the immolation room.." 186 dwarves killed from a miscommunication.. The survivours sleep in during the meeting.

Anywho now that I got that out of my system, now to get 40d14, and im still trying to figure out how I will be sharing my save when my turn comes to play

Magma pool eh? Meh, we can adapt. 6th turn. Don't screw the fort over before it gets to me. Where can I get d14?

I'm ok with that, 'cause I have that downloaded already.

It is a website. And I'm thinking of using mediafire, but unless magic dwarf says something, I say use whatever you want.

EDIT: Backed up the world and checked out the site. I see some malachite and hematite. Chasm and Pipe are exposed. And Armok-damn! When they say "heavily forested" they mean heavily forested. I'm tripping over trees!

so not tripping balls, but trees instead? Hummm we shall need some men with balls to cut down the trippy trees, then some women to cut down the men, then some nobles to cut down the children, then we can use the magma!  I personally like DFFD, it's made for dwarf fortress, so why not use it?

Dwarf Fortress File Depot, you can upload files with descriptions and categories and such. Personally I prefer MU as the UL/DL rates are higher, but saves aren't that large in the first place so it isn't that important. Might as well use DFFD for organizational purposes.

On that note, I'd like to reserve a turn. Succession forts are always Fun!

Edit: IIRC, it shouldn't matter what version you're using as long as it's 40d. ie 40d14 saves are compatible with 40d16, regular 40d, or any other variant.

k just use any free sharing program.  It's not that confusing.

I like the map, [APPROVED]
upload it somewhere, somehow so we can access it.

Kilakan, you get first turn.

Good. I'm gonna use 40d, cause d16 is slow on my pc.

Gen up a world. Then download the file and place it in the region folder in place of the world file the region comes with.
