In my opinion it gives a representation on your subconscous(sp?) intentions. This sort of role would probably be the easiest for a mod to turn into a mafia role, next to blatant attempts to get a mafia role. Depending on your answer it can show how much thought you've put into it and therefore, to me, it will give a hint to what alignment you are.

You're using really flawed logic there, Kashyyk. [1] Random ability role =/= Scum role [2] I (and most people, hopefully) put thought into most answers to legitimate questions [3] Using thought about picking a role name =/= scum

ANY attempt to try to read a role name for alignment, especially since we pick the names before alignment is considered, is not just wine but attempting to outguess the mod, which is even worse. 

HOWEVER, you CAN attempt to read a role name as far as possible actions are concerned, which is useful..for scum looking for targets.

I was under the impression that an 'easy lynch' was one were you didn't have to work to get it. A contradiction of terms in that sentance.

Unvote Errol because I'm somewhat satisfied with his response. I vote Kashyyk for all of this crap; he's got more explaining to do. Neruz has yet to do much game-related despite being relatively active. Why is that, Scum? Start focusing on the game itself and stop dicking around, please. And Diakron needs to get online and in here.

What I intended to say was not that a different amount of thought determins wether you are scum, but the actual answer. If it's just something completely random then it is much less likely to be a scum role than something that has been cleverly engineered to sound like one. THis is all guessing the mod however, which I have only just been told is a bad idea.

Well, I don't think Zai is scum, although that is not the question you asked. Diakron however, might be as normally he is more active in the questioning than he is being currently. He is acting quite passively, so that when I flip town after my seemingly inevitable lynch He'll be able to claim that he didn't think I was scum and thus can't be scum himself. Or something like that...
