dorf: Other than Magmadeath, who is scummy?

That's the sign of an abusive boyfriend, Toony... you don't have to listen to him.

Since I didn't get a reply from MD yet, I am looking into the EK and SB fight.
It's been going on for a while now.

Btw, welcome back, Eduren.
You still haven't explained why you didn't post all this time.

I apologize. Once again, I became intimidated by the game.
It's happened before. I start to just skim the posts because I'm not actually involved, then I start to be intimidated by the number of posts that I haven't read. Then I can't easily form opinions. At this point it gets harder to be useful. Of course that widescan was what I needed and it took me 4 hours to complete. Now that I have the past 2 days sorted out, I can get back in the rhythm.

That said, you didn't answer my question. Surely somebody other than Mamgadeath is acting scummy?

Unvote.  Sirbayer - as odd as ExKirby's statement is, does it not look more like a mistake with terminology to you?

Other than that, your reasons for voting EK seem odd at best, not to mention the fact that your "Vector is also scum" feeling has disappeared.

Extension.

I can dismiss a mistake in terminology. But I can't dismiss the fact that what he accused me of has absolutely nothing to do with what I was doing.

And I cannot dismiss blatant disregard for my questions, as evidenced by the following quotes:

So let me get this straight - you believed that voting for you was "sheepfollowing"?

...Well Vector, I can safely say that your vote means nothing to Eduren. However, I'm convinced that Sir is scum, so I'm not changing my vote.

He completely ignores my question. Which is a habit of his, over this game - whenever I ask a question, he says "Whelp, Bayer's accusing me without evidence, he's scum." So not only is he ditching most of my questions, he's been OMGUSing me this entire time.

I call BS. He voted you D2 then just as quickly unvoted you to vote Zai. He didn't renew his vote on you until well into today. While I agree that he has been dismissing you, this hyperbole is not what we need.

Errol, you're lurking.  Where are you, and what do you think of the current situation?

I'm hammering my paper into shape that's due tomorrow and is slightly unfinished.

dorf's still my main suspect - he is trying to deflect questions. Case in point:

Since I didn't get a reply from MD yet, I am looking into the EK and SB fight.
It's been going on for a while now.

Btw, welcome back, Eduren.
You still haven't explained why you didn't post all this time.

This is evading a question, and trying to put someone else into the spotlight. And that's a scummy move to pull, at least in the circumstances (dorf doesn't drill further for example)

There probably is one other scum somewhere in the tangle of active players. What amazes me is that people widely ignore dorf. He is rather obvious as a scum. So there therefore needs to be a scumbuddy in the herd here who tries to divert attention to other people. You'd for example be a good candidate for this, Vector. Assuming my theory is correct. But that's just a theory thrown out since you haven't really dropped many scumtells, so you're innocent in my book.

SirBayer looks like a punching bag to me here. And then there are the people who voted eduren and didn't do anything once he returned now. Once again, you are in that crowd, Vector. You voted eduren for lurking, he returned, you jump onto the next lurker - me. That isn't really an impression of being a townie as you are avoiding active scumhunting.

So, Vector, who do you think is scum - and why!

Pandarsenic- Does absolutely NOTHING d2(Was that his planned absence?). D3 he calls Vector scum then delivers odd Meta when asked for more. Then admits to reaction gauging. Does not act on Vector/Magma/Errol. Now exkirby is scum.
What's wrong with the bolded part? It's a valid town strategy.
And you are putting words in my mouth, I never said that there was something wrong with it.
You're right. You didn't say it. But you did imply it. If someone admits to something, that something is bad. From the ever convenient dictionary.reference.com:

Quote from: Two relevant definitions of admit
to acknowledge; confess: He admitted his guilt.
to grant in argument; concede: The fact is admitted.
So if he were to be admitting something, he'd be confessing or conceding. People don't confess to using valid town strategies. He could only concede something to someone if they were right or he was wrong, and neither instance is the case.

But that's mostly being nit-picky about words.

I see. It was unfortunate phrasing by myself.

Can we get another Extension? It seems that as soon as I come back people stop talking.

Semantics are important. People reveal their thoughts in their words, y'know. That's what you do with words.

Actually I think that my words are still valid when you apply Zai's second definition.
Quote
to grant in argument; concede: The fact is admitted.
People were getting worked up about your actions and you conceded that things were not as they seemed. Nothing negative in my phrasing.
