A tip for the greenskin scenario, instead of running up the siege tower everyone else on your team does head up the one further away, take the right hand corridor but don't go around the corner, wait for your enemy to cap their first point, give it a few seconds then go around the corner to the left, there'll be a slope down ahead of you and a slope up to your left, go up the slope up and to your left is the enemies first point. Cap it to give your team an early points advantage.

Also go back in time and buy the collectors edition, minor in game bonuses ftw!

Been playing, playing DF now though, Public quests are cool, I got first place in the second Disorder PQ, but I can't open the bag because it's subscription only.  Lame.

Max level 10, all of the fun stuff in level 10 is free to use.  I'm on the default server but I'm not playing it right now.  I didn't realize how sedentary MMOs make me, I didn't get up in a few hours and when I finally did I moved funny and got a horrible cramp in my leg.

Anyway, the trial's pretty good, but you can't open blue, purple, or gold loot bags, which you get from public quests.  I got first place in the "Kill the Refugees PQ" (First place in the roll and first place for participation) and can't open my loot bag.  I haven't decided whether or not I'll keep playing.  The unlimited time thing is wonderful though, I don't feel obligated to get as much out of the trial as I can like I would in other trials.

Hang on, so your characters never go above level 10 on a trial account? Because I absoloutely love getting level 10/11 character fully kitted out with the 2 piece set a helmet some decent shoulders, purples and then just dominating scenarios. I've literally had a Warrior priest survive about 5 people bashing on him before. The downside is I always level up... I may look into getting an alt trial account.

You can't use blues and purples in the trial, so that won't work.

Also, in WoW we call that twinking.  It's usually done by kids who can't handle real PvP so they stick to low levels where you only have like five moves to worry about.  Since you don't get XP you can do it forever.  I don't know if that describes you, but my experiences in WoW have made me take a dim view of it.  Pretty much all BGs before level 40 are completely ruined, because if you don't have hundreds of gold to twink you don't stand a chance.

Yes I know it's twinking but it takes the stress out of you after you've been doing some real PvP. Also it's worth noting even the most twinked character imagined won't be a one man army, warrior priest/disciple of khain are both the best at twinking but will go down reasonably easily to a same level melee DPS, Especially a witch hunter or witch elf.

But if you get up to the highest level and challenge people who are at said highest level, and then mini-max to ensure that you can defeat that person of the same highest level, then it's still twinking, isn't it? Besides, it's war, Cthulhu. War's not fair. You have to use whatever tactic necessary to win. For the good of Order/Chaos/Whatever.

It's not war, it's a competitive game.  It's easy to say that it doesn't need to be fair, but when darkslayyerxx shows up at level 19 dual-wielding BoE blues with Crusader enchant and two-hits the main tank, you start thinking maybe certain tactics shouldn't be allowed.

Twinks only play with other Twinks in WoW now, due to Experience gain in battlegrounds. Everyone who chooses to turn off experience game gets into their own battlegrounds.

I didn't know they had experience gain in BGs again.  They used to let you trade those marks for experience, but they got rid of it.  Huh.

Anyway, playing a Magus now, disclol
