Surprisingly It's extremely relevant to what I would like to address.

I (on rare occasions) am a man of logic. Lets use logic for a moment to put some things together,

Firstly we should note that during its entire infancy a dwarven baby does not leave his mother.
Secondly we should note that no dwarf ever changes his or her cloths. Ever.
Finally i would like to bring up that dwarven babies never get hungry.

From this we can assume that the clothing of all female dwarves has a built in baby pocket and boob flap. This also goes for armor.

Dwarven babies don't drink milk. They simply get dipped into the booze barrel when their mother goes for some.
Babies without mothers get cranky due to lack of booze.

Also, dwarves with CLOTHES? What kind of fort are you running? Mine always end up naked due to wear.

Useless migrants are locked in the pit and made to dig there own graves, eventually this process produces cloths.

Migrants are either recruited and trained, or sent to work in the smeltery or hauling crap around. I LIKE having lots of dwarves.

Well, yeah. If you think about it, that would at least rationalize the whole "baby goes everywhere with mother" thing.

Especially considering a Dwarf mother carrying a baby can still wield a sword and a shield.

Or you can just add sexual dimorphism directly with caste bodies.

I'm not sure how you could properly mod in, say, a female kangaroo's pouch. Giving the pouch [GRASP] would let the kangaroo hold it's baby, but I'm not sure how I feel about the prospect of a kangaroo performing kung-fu and wielding battleaxes with their now prehensile pouches.
