I'll also get another pair of barracks when we have enough farms to afford the training costs.

New law: Anyone surrendering themselves to a merge may take a foot soldier if one is free. If one is not, they shall have priority for taking one. This overrides the standard wait-for-three law.
New law: No building in the two diagonals to the upper right of the barracks. Those spots are reserved for barracks.
New directive: Build farms in the areas west of our tower. Let's plan for a wall on that longitude, with towers in front of it.
