Vehicles/Characters:
Each character will have a vehicle slot, like the weapon slots. There will be a unique character vehicle, a standard kart
and one unlockable vehicle for each character. Each vehicle will need a red and blue texture, and associated animations (What was it called, an IK?) for characters to actually fit in vehicles.
We also need a few stokes of genius to have them not look retarded when wield their hand-held weapons. We'll also need to consider how big vehicles are- probably not much longer than the characters are tall, tops. But that's negotiable.
Vehicles:
Scout: Bicycle with washing machine motor (not motorcycle),
Soldier: Humvee,
Tank (amphibious? this would take a similar role to rocket jumping)
Pyro:

What the hell does spy do?
Modes:
Demo-Derby: Sure, most damage is weapon based, but I'm still calling it that. Get kills.
Race: Normal race through checkpoints. Need some HUD modifications and new code. Probably not hard.
Capture The Flag: No game is complete without it.
Maps:
We will worry about maps, specifically, when we get there. Right now we should consider making cars handle differently over different terrain, which I'm not sure the HL vehicles do normally.
Important questions:
-What the hell do we do with the engineer, spy and medic?
Other things:
Could probably do with some racing-themed hats.
